Amazing Slowdowner Help needed

Hello - I am always raving about this computer software that slows down CDs and music files without changing the pitch. It’s been extremely helpful for me over the last few years.
I have a friend in Ireland who’s only been playing the music for a couple years. He ordered the Amazing Slowdowner and has been having troubles with it. Here’s part of his email:
'No matter what CD i put into the drive it plays for 2 minutes or so and then gives me an error message. Error 139 cannot play audio CD please go to general settings and change. Changing the settings does nothing to resolve the problem always the same story.'
Can anyone give me some suggestions for this?? Athletic bilbao 2021 kitsempty spaces the blog. I’m not computer savvy enough to help him, especially being 3,000 miles away at the moment.
